About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our front desk team as a Luxury Front Desk Professional. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent attention to detail, and possesses strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality service to customers, maintaining control of guest and hotel accounts, operating telephone systems effectively, completing daily shift checklists, and transferring details on registration cards to guest reservations in Opera accurately and efficiently.

You will also be required to have extensive knowledge of the Opera Front Desk system with respect to reservations, check-in, cashiering, and check-out, and be able to balance each shift and resolve outstanding items.

In addition, you will be expected to demonstrate the "Passion for Excellence" through serving our guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved.

This role involves working a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, so you must be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
