About This OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled Sales Director and Revenue Strategist to join our team at W Brisbane. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead our Sales team and ensure property sales objectives are met with overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and property revenues.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage strategic account plans for demand generators in the market, driving continued growth and development of key accounts.
- Lead proactive and reactive sales efforts to meet or exceed property revenue targets.
- Determine and develop sales strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and local market conditions.
- Analyze customer intelligence to evaluate market trends and economic factors influencing sales strategy.
- Build strong partnerships to enhance our brand reputation and drive business growth.
- Evaluate participation in various sales channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Set goals and expectations for direct reports, forecasting talent needs and development requirements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and events.
- Ensure seamless turnover from sales to operations while delivering high-level service.
- Monitor effective resolution of guest issues arising from the sales process.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Bonus plan: 10% - 20% annual bonus, based on performance.
