About the Role

This senior leadership role will lead the development and implementation of innovative sales strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition and achieve our revenue targets. Responsibilities
  • Lead the group's commercial strategy and planning for Hotel & Events Sales
  • Drive trade performance to achieve revenue & yield targets
  • Acquire new customers and manage key client relationships (new and existing)
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, property hotel & events teams)
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
