About the Role

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including novated leasing, FBT-free leasing of electric cars, savings on IT equipment and home NBN, and access to company cars. You will be based onsite in our Melbourne office or attending client onsite meetings, with flexibility to work from home occasionally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the successful delivery of projects and service delivery initiatives, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Plan, develop, and manage project scheduling, including resource allocation and client communications.
  • Coordinate regular project management meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Track project progress, timesheets, and costs to ensure projects are on track.
  • Approve project timesheets and expenses where relevant.

Requirements

We seek an experienced Project/Service Delivery Coordinator with at least 2-3 years' experience in an IT environment, preferably with respect to Microsoft technologies used by mid-market organisations like Azure, Intune, and Teams.


Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience managing numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with people at all levels of an organisation.
  • General ITIL knowledge to a Foundation level.

Estimated Salary Range

AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
