As a key member of our Growth and Development Unit, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development of strategic land use planning projects, providing rigorous and timely strategic planning advice to internal and external stakeholders, and managing staff and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the development of strategic land use planning projects, policies, and plans
  • Provide rigorous and timely strategic planning advice to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage staff and projects

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in planning
  • Substantial experience in planning, preferably in a municipal or similar environment
  • Demonstrated success in project managing strategic planning projects
  • Sound understanding of the Victorian Planning System, relevant legislation, and regulations
