We have three distinct business units: Australian Bakery Ingredients, New Zealand Bakery Ingredients, and Weston Animal Nutrition. Our Weston Animal Nutrition division is one of Australia's largest and longest-established manufacturers of high-quality processed animal feed products.
As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong partnerships, and driving real results. Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Technical, you will work collaboratively with teams across production, operations, and technical services.
You will lead and grow a portfolio of key accounts, strengthen customer relationships through insight, innovation, and outstanding service, and collaborate across teams to ensure client needs are exceeded. You will also demonstrate inclusive leadership that enables accountability and take ownership.
We are looking for someone who is commercially savvy, results-driven, and thrives on building strong relationships. You must understand what it takes to deliver in a high-performing B2B environment and genuinely care about your customers' success.
