Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our Reckitt team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth in the pharmacy and grocery sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Negotiate and manage sales promotions and displays with customers
  • Monitor and report sales performance and market trends to senior management

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the pharmacy and grocery sectors
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
