Job Opportunity

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving agile methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves identifying and analysing risks, issues, opportunities, developing and leading change strategies, and monitoring outcomes.

Some of the key duties include designing and implementing agile operating models, building and sustaining relationships with stakeholders, resolving complex issues, negotiating deliverables, and researching agile trends and industry dynamics. You will also assist the team to prepare and contribute to Agile Release Train (ART) System Demo and collect Scrum Metrics for analysis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years recent experience as a scrum master in the Commonwealth environment, along with experience working in project delivery using agile methods. SAFe Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years recent experience as scrum master in the Commonwealth environment.
  • Experience working in project delivery using agile methods.
  • SAFe Scrum Master certification, Other Agile certification (Desirable)

What We Offer:

  • Location: Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane.
  • Contract duration: 12-month contract with 2x12 month extensions.
  • Eligibility: Australian citizenship with ability to obtain Baseline security clearance.
  • Work From Home 2 days per week.
