The successful candidate will haveDefence project delivery experienceMinimum NV1 ClearanceMinimum 5 years experience in Agile Product DeliveryMinimum 5 years experience and hands on expertise in IT project team managementExperience coaching and mentoring teams and leadersExperience delivering training coursesFormal qualifications in ICT or related discipline, SAFe, Agile coaching or Enterprise coaching, Program Management and/or Project Management (Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2)BenefitsPermanent OpportunityProfessional Development Support – formalised training and education budgets written into your contract + training leave accrued as a formal entitlement (for perm employees)No such thing as unpaid overtime.
