Are you ready for a new challenge? The Accor Salter Brothers Hotel Portfolio is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to join our Portfolio Hub, serving 11 hotels across Australia and 4 different Accor brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and input group, FIT, and corporate reservations through various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the ALL Live Limitless Loyalty Program.
  • Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to guests.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming booking inquiries.
  • Liaise with hotels to ensure seamless service delivery.
