About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team in South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities with pharmacists, retail managers, and other stakeholders. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales objectives by building strong relationships, implementing profit-making retail solutions, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and other stakeholders
  • Implement profit-making retail solutions to drive sales growth
  • Identify and close new business opportunities to increase market share
  • Collaborate closely with State Sales Managers, the BDM team, and other internal stakeholders to generate sales opportunities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Ability to build trust and sustain strong professional relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated business foresight with strong commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
