Examples include handling high-profile events and delivering goods across the country, such as launching new products to market and into the hands of consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run sampling activations like a pro — from pitch to execution.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients (and sometimes ahead of their expectations).
- Take ownership of timelines, budgets, and campaign logistics.
- Identify problems early, resolve them swiftly, and leave clients satisfied.
- Collaborate with operations, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth activations.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot to generate leads and manage basic invoicing in Xero.
- Support and guide junior coordinators to build team strength.
- Pitch tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive account growth.
