  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and award regulations.
  • Design and manage benefits programs, including wellness initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advice on sales commission programs.
  • Conduct market analysis, prepare reports, and support organisational design with grading principles.
  • Deliver training on compensation processes and provide actionable data insights.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in compensation roles, demonstrating the ability to manage and deliver compensation programs and strategies effectively.

Apart from technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent relationship management, consulting, and communication skills.
