
Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to manage payroll functions for a team of over 200 employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee full compensation lifecycle including salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions processing.
- Prepare periodic reports and journals for stakeholders.
- Complete tax and statutory compliance calculations.
- Ensure adherence to taxation laws and regulatory obligations related to compensation.
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with compensation systems such as Micropay, ADP, SAP, HR3, Chris21, or similar.
- Knowledge of tax legislation in Victoria, NSW, and QLD.
- Experience dealing with ATO, Centrelink, and superannuation clearinghouses.
- Solid experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
