We are looking for a skilled Insurance Sales Professional to provide Uncommon Care to our customers. As a Telephone Sales Representative, you will work with potential customers to guide them in making the right healthcare choices for themselves and their families.

This full-time, hybrid position offers a dynamic work environment. When working from the office, you will be based in our brand new, high-tech Call Centre in Parramatta.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from potential customers and sell HCF Health and Life Insurance products
  • Handle outbound and inbound enquiries from new and existing members with membership applications and questions about HCF Health and Life Products
  • Provide clear and non-technical answers to customer enquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information
  • Ensure accuracy of member information, reporting, and sales pipeline

About You

  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and sales
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre, preferably with both outbound and inbound activities
  • Desire to work within a team dedicated to achieving performance objectives
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-driven and motivated individual with excellent telephone communication skills
