The Early Childhood Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting families with children aged 0-9 who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. As an integral member of the Northcott team, you will work collaboratively to ensure that each child receives tailored support and services.

About the Role

This full-time opportunity is based out of our Seven Hills and North Parramatta offices, covering the local region. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting families in understanding their child's developmental needs and creating personalized plans to address these concerns.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, community service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for the child and family.
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based early childhood intervention strategies to promote optimal development and well-being.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and community service providers.
  • Experience in developing and implementing early childhood intervention strategies and policies.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
