We are seeking a dynamic Business Financial Specialist to help Australian small businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional service by understanding customers' needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Foster great relationships with business owners, identifying their goals and offering relevant and timely support.
- Originate a range of commercial products, including lending up to $1M, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking solutions.
- Proactively engage with customers to drive business growth and success.
- Experience in commercial lending or business development.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent customer engagement skills, both face-to-face and remote.
- FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
