Job Summary:

Role Overview

This position is responsible for supporting small business customers by providing lending solutions to help them start, run and grow their businesses.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management skills, be able to provide customer-centric solutions and build strong internal and external networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a key commercial contact for your allocated branch, ensuring you are present and collaborative.
  • Provide tailored solutions to a broad range of business customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Customer Solutions: Skill to support customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services.

  • Credit Analysis: Capacity to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering qualitative and quantitative factors.
  • Financial Acumen: Knowledge of financial terminology, financial statements and principles behind financing.
