Small Business Financial Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their business and personal goals and provide relevant and timely solutions.
- Originate a range of solutions for businesses, including commercial lending, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking solutions.
- Proactively support customers to help them achieve their business and personal objectives.
- Represent the bank's interests within the local business community, promoting awareness of our proposition.
- Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales is essential.
- Strong financial analysis skills and commercial acumen are required.
- Excellent customer engagement skills, both face-to-face and non-face-to-face, are necessary.
- A passion for helping small businesses succeed is key.
