Job Title

As a customer-facing professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our small business customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and listen effectively. They will be adept at providing personalized solutions and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Have personal and meaningful conversations with customers to provide an integrated experience
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to perform credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses/increased limits up to Delegated Commitment Authority (DCA)
  • Manage lending and product requests for small business customers with long-term AAA pipeline for the customer portfolio
  • Owning retention-related activities to deepen the 'my Bank' footprint, including customer complaints and escalations through to resolution
  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business to NAB
  • Provide expertise and insights about business options while balancing risk for growth and innovation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in an in/outbound sales contact centre and/or a traditional distributed business model that specializes in solutions and relationship management for customers from $0-$5M in home lending and $0-$2M in small business lending is essential.

A tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline will be highly regarded.
