About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about supporting small businesses and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Originate and manage commercial lending solutions, along with asset finance, merchant services, and everyday banking products to meet customers' needs.
  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their business requirements and offer tailored insights and solutions that support their goals.
  • Represent the organization within local business communities, building awareness of our business banking proposition and hosting educational events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen referral partnerships and enhance service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial lending or B2B sales
  • Sound financial analysis skills and home lending experience
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Passion for small business customers or experience running a small business
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation
  • Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Cert IV in Banking Services or equivalent (preferred)
