About the Role

As a key commercial contact, you will ensure strong relationships with allocated branches. Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and solutions to a broad range of business customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure presence and collaboration at designated branches.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet diverse business needs.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external networks.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Collaborate with ANZ Branch Network for face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain outbound customer engagement through phone calls.
  • Foster community connections and expand influence.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (Chatswood Branch only).
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Business Development: Partner with individuals and organisations to drive strategic initiatives and opportunities.
  • Customer Solutioning: Provide relevant products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Delivery Management: Initiate, plan, execute, control, and embed projects to achieve objectives.
  • Credit Analysis: Assess customers' creditworthiness based on qualitative and quantitative factors.
  • Knowledge of small business operations, lending, transaction banking, and working capital solutions.
  • Proficient in credit assessment and management.
  • End-to-end execution of processes to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Financial acumen: Evaluate the impact of business decisions using financial knowledge and terminology.
  • Understanding of lending and cash flow needs and solutions.
