Job Title: Senior Data Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HPE's storage sales strategy for Australia, aligning country execution with global objectives to drive business growth.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets while delivering profitable outcomes across the data services and storage portfolio.
  • Orient resource allocation and organizational structure to enhance market presence and overall financial performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10-12+ years' experience in sales, including success in achieving progressively higher sales quotas and other goals.
  • 5+ years' experience managing high-performing sales teams preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
