Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our high-growth sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and executing strategic plans, and developing long-term relationships with customers.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams, translating complex products into business value for the C-Suite, and positioning big data, analytics, or AI/ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and exceed quarterly/annual targets
- Build and execute strategic plans to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve their goals
- 5+ years of experience as a high-growth technology leader with direct experience leading a 'new business' sales team
- Experience translating complex technical products into business value for the C-Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives and stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, develop, empower, and coach a team of sales professionals
