Key Responsibilities:- SUPVISE THE PREPARATION AND PRODUCTION OF ALL HOT OR COLD FOOD ITEMS FOR THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE OUTLET
- COLLaborate with the Head Chef in ensuring the quality, consistency and production of food in all areas of responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation
- Plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements for the food operation
- Evaluate portion sizes, arrangement, and garnish to ensure attention to detail
- Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Passion for the industry and relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia and self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment
