Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing way. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in maintaining the high quality of our cuisine.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a close-knit team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above
- Proven experience in leading, training and developing teams
