We're seeking an experienced Demi Chef to join our team as an Executive Sous Chef - Food Innovation Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and passion for innovation.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Demi Chef to take on a new challenge and develop their leadership skills. As an Executive Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for maintaining organizational skills, ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment, and delivering exceptional food quality.
You will:
- Maintain high standards of food safety and property standards.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and execute all food and beverage outlet service periods.
- Organize and maintain the assigned section of the kitchen effectively.
- Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles, focusing on attention to detail.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Passion for the industry and enthusiasm to escalate your career.
- Self-motivation, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
