Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human resources management processes and practices, with experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, induction, onboarding, performance management, and learning and development.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to the organization in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The role involves planning, developing, implementing, and managing processes and procedures necessary for the smooth and timely operation of the organization's HR function. This includes coordinating recruitment efforts, developing training programs, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
