Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of payroll and HR functions, including comprehensive payroll administration and HR-related duties.
Key Responsibilities- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information
- 3+ years of experience in payroll administration and/or HR
- Demonstrated expertise in payroll systems and software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
