Payroll Systems Coordinator

At Metro Trains Melbourne, we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Systems Coordinator to join our Finance team.
The successful candidate will provide general advice and guidance to management and staff in the development and implementation of People & Culture (P&C) systems. Key responsibilities include adhering to procedures, processes, and time constraints within a payroll system, administering training for staff at Head Office and Depots, appraising requirements, and making recommendations on work methods and techniques.
This is an outstanding career opportunity within Finance, offering a full-time and ongoing role based at 700 Collins Street. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, and knowledge of industrial awards, industrial relations, and WorkCover policies.
