HR Payroll Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Payroll Integration Specialist to collaborate closely with our offshore payroll teams, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This part-time (22 hours minimum), 12-month casual contract offers opportunities for extension.
About the RoleThis is a key role that involves working with ADP to implement and configure pay rules, system flexibility, and ensuring effective integration between e-time (clock-on-clock-off) and ADP payroll systems. You will analyze payroll data from Workday to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure payroll processes comply with Victorian EBAs and legislation, particularly for offshore payroll teams.
- Lead integration efforts between e-time (clock-on-clock-off) and ADP payroll systems.
- Analyze payroll data from Workday to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams to resolve payroll issues and optimize processes.
- Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or relevant field.
- Experience working with ADP and Workday.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
