About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Builder to join our team in Burnie or Devonport TAS. As a key member of our Business Banking team, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities across the region.

Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional client service, build trust and credibility with clients, and develop meaningful solutions that meet their evolving needs.

You will also be expected to collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to leverage our range of innovative products and services, driving business growth and expansion for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and tailored solutions;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through your network, referral partners, and industry connections;
  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, engaging product specialists to deliver bespoke financial solutions;
  • Drive deal execution with expertise in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions; and
  • Contribute to the development of your professional profile and presence on behalf of our organization across the region.
