We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Assistant to support the payroll operations at IIQAF. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with processing and managing payroll-related tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
  • Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime accurately, utilizing payroll software and systems.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements, adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of payroll-related accounts, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting or business administration.
  • Previous experience in payroll or a related field, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management.
