About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Payroll Specialist to join our team at PARTALE. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our employees and management team on all HR and payroll-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Policy and Procedure Management
    • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and consistent.
    • Assist with the development, implementation, and review of best practice HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll and Data Management
    • Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
    • Liaise with our payroll provider and finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
    • Maintain and archive all employee personnel files.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Liaise with managers across the business on vacancies and recruitment.
    • Ensure adherence to recruitment and selection policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • WHS and Compliance
    • Organize and chair OH&S committee meetings.
    • Maintain the OH&S register.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources and payroll.
  • Degree in HR or studying towards is a preference.
  • Prior experience using HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Good understanding of relevant employment legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
