Key Responsibilities- HR Policy and Procedure Management
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and consistent.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and review of best practice HR policies and procedures.
- Payroll and Data Management
- Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with our payroll provider and finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain and archive all employee personnel files.
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Liaise with managers across the business on vacancies and recruitment.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment and selection policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- WHS and Compliance
- Organize and chair OH&S committee meetings.
- Maintain the OH&S register.
- Projects and Initiatives
- Engage in various projects and initiatives to improve HR and payroll processes.
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources and payroll.
- Degree in HR or studying towards is a preference.
- Prior experience using HRIS and payroll systems.
- Good understanding of relevant employment legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
