About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Payroll Specialist to join our team at PARTALE. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our employees and management team on all HR and payroll-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Policy and Procedure Management
    • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll and Data Management
    • Process and manage all HR and payroll data, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes.
    • Liaise with our payroll provider and finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
    • Maintain and archive all employee electronic personnel files.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Ensure all new hires receive a comprehensive onboarding experience, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
  • WHS and Compliance
    • Develop and implement workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Projects and Initiatives
    • Lead and participate in various HR-related projects and initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and performance reviews.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources and payroll.
  • Degree in HR or related field (or studying towards).
  • Proven experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
