Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development - Identify potential clients, formulate sales plans to drive revenue growth. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor offerings.

Agent Servicing - Build and maintain strong relationships with migration and education agents globally, providing comprehensive information on programs and admission processes.

Student Advisory - Proactively reach out to potential students via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms, to provide detailed information on programs, requirements, and financial aid options.

Administration - Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales performance, generate reports, and respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates.

About You
  • A dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • An education industry background is preferred but not essential; ideally, 2 years of sales or administration experience.
  • Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity to our diverse learner's community.
  • Strong cross-functional thinker with excellent time management skills, a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
