Senior Business Growth Specialist

With our cutting-edge SaaS product suite, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact every day. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customers get the most out of our products, effectively onboarded, retained, and actively using and loving all of our offerings while representing the culture and dedication of Xplor Education to your customers.
About the Role- You will work closely with Account Executives to renew all customer accounts, execute strategies for the accounts, and help customers adopt and activate Xplor's product suite.
- Your expertise will ensure timely and accurate responses when engaging with other departments (e.g., Support or Onboarding).
- You will support the AE's strategy to increase revenue in your customer base by driving awareness, adoption, and training of products used by customers.
- 2+ years experience in solution selling technology or SaaS product.
- Demonstrated track record in managing sales pipelines and delivering predictable results.
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals.
- Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities.

Your Benefits- An estimated salary of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
