About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent to join our Contact Centre team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers regarding accommodation, package tours, and ancillary services.
Key Responsibilities
- Quote and book accommodation packages and promote the sale of packages which include tours, activities, and dining to maximise yield.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
