At Hamilton Island Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Lead to join our finance team based in Sydney.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategies that drive business growth and success. With your analytical expertise and collaborative mindset, you will help us deliver exceptional results and make a significant impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and forecasts to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making
  • Analyze complex financial data and identify areas for improvement to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Design and develop advanced reporting dashboards and visualizations to elevate critical insights for broader business impact

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Commerce/Business degree (essential)
  • CA/CPA qualification (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in change management and reporting across various industries (essential)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools

The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$160,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements, a free on-site gym, and discounted accommodation and dining on Hamilton Island.
