We are seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to join our team at Brand Collective, an iconic Australian women's fashion brand. As a key member of our retail team, you will be empowered to bring your best self to work each day and make a positive impact on the world.

About the role:

  • Create genuine in-store experiences with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored style advice.
  • Style customers to ensure they look and feel great, showcasing our stylish, quality clothing.
  • Participate in store events, such as morning teas and charity events, to foster a sense of community and connection.
  • Assist the team in the day-to-day running of the store, including stock movement, visual merchandising, and cleaning.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and making a difference in our customers' lives.
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • The ability to commit to a shift pattern and demonstrate flexibility to assist during peak trade periods.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems, and EFTPOS facilities.
