Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to spearhead our Oceania market expansion. This senior role will oversee multiple sales teams, driving profitable growth and establishing key relationships with new customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in sales performance management to drive business development success.
  • Oversight of direct sales responsibilities across specialized distribution channels.
  • Ensure regional sales funnel sufficiency for meeting regional orders targets within our CRM platform.
Global Sales Organisation Interface:
  • Drive profitable share gains at key accounts, segments, regions, or portions of our portfolio.
  • Coordinate and support share gain activities at top global strategic accounts.
BDM Team Leadership:
  • Manage a high-performing team of seven Business Development Managers responsible for strategic markets and regional sales.
Sales Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to and execute Go-to-Market strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the General Manager on matters of strategy.
