The role of a Business Growth Specialist at NHP Electrical Engineering Products presents an exciting opportunity to increase market share in the Metro region.
This experienced individual will report to the Sales Manager and have full flexibility and ownership in developing sales proposals for customers, including Switchboard Builders, Electrical contractors, end users, OEMs, and control panel builders.
Predominantly working with Switchboard Builders in the Electrical sector, this role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and developing effective sales strategies.
Technical training and business support tools are provided to ensure personal and professional growth within the company.
Responsibilities- Building relationships with key stakeholders to achieve designated sales targets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies using available marketing programs.
- Coordinating customer presentations to highlight products, solutions, and service capabilities that improve outcomes.
- A strong background in sales servicing Switchboard Builder customer groups.
- An ability to listen to customers and translate their needs into business solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong influencing and relationship building abilities.
- Highly motivated individuals with a drive to succeed.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
