Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your designated region.

You will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage high-performing teams. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in your designated region
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and control budgets to ensure financial performance and profitability
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Ability to travel regularly, both within and outside of your designated region
