The Sebel Brisbane is seeking an accomplished Duty Manager to join the dynamic Hotel team.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising Front Office operations to maintain high service standards.
  • Handling guest concerns and ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Liaising with the Reservations team to optimize room allocation and yield.
  • Assisting in hotel areas during peak times to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensuring the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
  • Familiarity with Fidelio or Opera, Micros, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • A valid First Aid Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Availability to work across varied shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will have unlimited work rights in Australia and be available to work 38 hours per week.
