Requirements:

  • Previous office supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience working in a hotel or resort environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Professional presentation essential
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and morning/night shifts if required

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Oaks Brisbane on Margaret Suites. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time, and resolving and responding to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Our ideal candidate will have previous office supervisory experience, extensive experience working in a hotel or resort environment, exceptional customer service skills, and a positive attitude. They will also be able to manage time effectively, have professional presentation, and be available to work weekends, public holidays, and morning/night shifts if required.
