Job Overview

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum depending on experience. The Director of M&A will lead target identification, opportunity assessment, business case creation, due diligence, integration planning, negotiation and transaction execution to drive the organisation's inorganic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our M&A strategy to achieve significant growth.
  • Identify, evaluate and execute M&A transactions with strong track records of success.
  • Engage, manage & coordinate cross-functional teams and advisors involved in the M&A process.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop compelling business cases using strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in developing organisational inorganic growth strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and execute M&A opportunities.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills to engage with senior management and the board.
