Drive Business Value as a Customer Success Leader
A career-defining opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer success professional to join our dynamic team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers' IT, Engineering, and Support organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strategic partnerships with customers to understand their business priorities and develop strategies to drive adoption of real-time operations.
- Apply PagerDuty Product expertise to identify risks to customers achieving their stated business goals and work with the sales team to build a risk mitigation plan.
- Develop and execute comprehensive adoption paths of PagerDuty products, showcasing current state, target future state, and timelines.
- Deliver business value and innovation to customers by identifying opportunities to reduce costs and drive growth.
Requirements:
- At least 12-15 years of relevant industry experience in a dynamic, customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build executive-level relationships with customers.
