Customer Success Professional

The Customer Success Manager is a key role in driving customer outcomes and ensuring they realise value from our technology solutions.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager, who will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, regular communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology solutions and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management on how to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 2-4+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Bonus Points: experience with CRM systems, customer success platforms, and analytics tools.
