
Customer Success Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a Customer Success Advocate in the Australia and New Zealand regions, engaging with high-volume, low-touch interactions with a dedicated portfolio of customers.
The ideal candidate will proactively identify risk and expansion potential for each customer, ensuring their success and value while managing the renewal process. Collaboration across functional teams is essential for delivering excellent results.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory
- Ensuring all renewals occur on time
- Identifying growth opportunities and providing insights to improve future business outcomes
- Developing win-win negotiation strategies for contract renewals that maximize value while protecting customer trust
- Managing the renewal process with customers, including quotes and opportunities, in collaboration with various teams
- Maximizing account growth opportunities by identifying incremental opportunities upon contract renewal
- Providing visibility to renewals and soliciting executive involvement as required
- Forecasting and managing pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Ability to demonstrate a strategic mindset for persuasive value conversations with customers
- Ability to manage transactions through every stage of the renewal cycle
- Experience in negotiating complex multi-year services contracts
